However, the design of a Miniboard is public and the Gerber files and parts list are available, so anybody may build their own Miniboard. There are a few hobbyists who build Miniboards in batch and sell them. Dealing with a hobbyist will give you no guarantees that you will receive shipment in a timely manner or at all. Since some of the parts on a Miniboard are hard to come by (the motor drivers L293s and the MCU 68HC11E2FN) These hobbyists are often experiencing parts delays that are beyond their control and I seriously recommend that you place an order 5 months before you expect to receive a Miniboard if you deal with a hobbyist. You may expect to pay between $70 to $90 for an assembled Miniboard from a hobbyist.
