To support student presenters at CEEMAS`05 a limited number of Agentlink grants is provided to reimburse accommodation expenses. The grants will be available with the following conditions:

• a single room accommodation for max. 4 nights

• one night accommodation cannot exceed the amount of EUR 70 (equivalent with one night fee at the conference venue)

• reimbursements will be provided only with supporting evidence of expenses (hotel receipt) after the conference

Students wishing to apply are kindly asked to fill in the Grant Application Form and send it in a separate e-mail or fax it to the CEEMAS`05 Secretariat.

Also, proof of a matriculation is required by each student to be sent along with the application.

Deadline for grant application is 8 April 2005 15 April 2005.

CEEMAS`05 co-chairs will review the claims and decide on the ones to be granted. Students concerned will be informed about the acceptance or rejection by the Secretariat until 31 May 2005. Beneficiaries will be informed there about the exact procedure to receive the support.
