Before making your registration, you are kindly asked to read the registration information on this page carefully.

On-line registration and hotel reservation

On-line registration and hotel reservation are recommended.

Off-line registration

You may wish to register and reserve the hotel via fax or air mail. Please do not register both on-line and off-line. If you register off-line, please complete the Registration and Hotel Reservation Form, and return it to the CEEMAS'05 Secretariat (fax: +361 386 9378, postal address: CEEMAS'05 Secretariat, Magdolna Zsivnovszki, c/o Scope Meetings Ltd. H-1111 Budapest, Kende u. 13-17., Hungary).

Student registration

A letter of verification from the head of department must accompany student registration. Any registrations received without a verification letter will NOT be processed. 

Fees

All fees are indicated in Hungarian Forints (HUF). All prices include 20% VAT.

Tutorial Registration

Tutorials will  take place on the morning of 15 September 2005. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the tutorial in case the number of registered participants are less than five.

Each tutorial costs HUF 20000.

The selected tutorial(s) should be clearly indicated when registering. Please, do not register for two or more events running parallel. Participants registered for a tutorial or workshop will receive the notes of the selected event but may attend all the others running parallel.

Tutorial registration fee includes:

- admission to the tutorial(s) you are registered for

- notes of the tutorial(s) you are registered for

- coffee break(s)

Extra Ticket for Social Events

Banquet:  A cruise and dinner on the River Danube. You'll enjoy magnificent views of historical Budapest. Participants will catch a glimpse of Margaret Island, the Parliament, Hotel Gellert, the Liberation Monument, the graceful bridges and a number of stunning buildings of Budapest while tasting traditional Hungarian and special international meals and drinks.

Lunches

Lunches (3 courses/lunch) for the participants will be provided in the restaurant of the Hotel Normafa (Conference venue).

Payment information

• Registrations will not be processed without payment.

• Payments can be made on-line or off-line or by bank transfer.

• You will receive an official confirmation of your registration and payment in a separate e-mail.

EuroCard/MasterCard, and VISA are accepted.

2. Off-line payment

American Express, EuroCard/MasterCard, and VISA are accepted.

3. Bank transfer

Payments by bank transfer should be sent to the following account of Scope Meetings Ltd.:
 

In case of bank transfer the proof of remittance should be sent (preferably by fax: +361 386 9378) to the CEEMAS'05 Secretariat. Please, make sure that the name of each Conference participant is clearly indicated on all documents.

Note:

- payments sent by bank transfer must be free of charges for Scope Meetings Ltd.

- the cut-off date for early and late registrations will be strictly enforced.

Cancellation/refund policy

Cancellation of registration fees must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before 1 September, 2005 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after 1 September, 2005.

Hotel information

Block reservations have been made for participants in the following hotels. Reservations should be made via the CEEMAS'05 Secretariat. No reservation will be made without completed registration and payment.

Hotel fee should be paid directly to the hotel.

General Conditions
One night room rate will be charged in case of non-attendance or delayed arrival if a cancellation notice in writing is not received by the CEEMAS'05 Secretariat on or before 1 September, 2005.
